A wonderful apartment in a perfect location overlooking the beach. Ideal for restaurants, buses etc. The welcome pack and cleaning pack a bonus. Very good facilities of a very high standard. Really appreciated the tasteful pictures. To make it a perfect place a few additions would help eg toast rack, wall clock, bigger rubber mat in shower. Otherwise perfect and I will return!

I had a really lovely Christmas week at 2 No36. The beautifully decorated Christmas tree and table decoration were an unexpected lovely touch. There was also a very nice Christmas hamper waiting for me when I arrived. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and warm which made the stay perfect. The sea view from the longe window was an ever changing point of interest. It was nice to have secure parking on site

Beautiful apartment with the added bonus of easy parking. Decorated with a Christmas tree and we were left a lovely hamper with local items in, plus a little cleaning box all very nice touches and much appreciated! The apartment was very clean, the only dust we noticed was on the bedside tables in the double room I don't think they'd been cleaned in sometime, anyway I cleaned them. During the second day there was an extremely strong foul smell in the whole apartment. We let Sykes know on the Sunday and said we didn't expect anyone to attend that day, but they came out later that day to check everything. There was an issue with the buildings drains and they put drain cleaner down. It didn't solve the problem, but it had been referred to be dealt with asap. We couldn't shut the bathroom door for the rest of our stay because if we did the smell knocked you out. It certainly didn't spoil our week's holiday there and we'd definitely love to return again in 2026. A thank you to Sykes for such a quick response
Had a lovely stay in 2no 36 great location. A very modern comfortable interior.It had everything you could possibly ask for .we will definitely come back again.
Window in the main bedroom whistled when winded.
Accomodation was comfortable and maintained to a good standard. The apartment was well laid out and the furnishings complemented this . Parking to the rear of the property was a great help. Shower was very good and the kitchen was well equipped for cooking and preparing our meals. The views of the bay and sea front are excellent, a front row seat for the firework display . Bedrooms were comfortable with good storage, bedroom at the rear was quiet at night, the church bells can be heard at times but I found this quite therapeutic. The front bedroom suffered a little at times with noise coming from the main road which woke my daughter up a couple of times during the week. The property is in an ideal location to access the sea front, town and harbour, all of which are a stones throw away. Nice place to stay.

A brilliant apartment spotlessly clean,decorated to a high standard and very comfortable with everything you need for your holiday. It is in a prime position on the esplanade and only a short walk to the shops,restaurants and bars and everything that Weymouth has to offer and the added bonus is onsite parking. I would definitely recommend this apartment and Sykes holiday cottages to anyone looking for the perfect holiday accommodation.
Really enjoyed our stay in this comfortable and stylish apartment. Very well equipped. A great location close to beach, shops and harbour. Spent a lot of time just looking at the view and people watching from the lounge window.

1st class accommodation would highly recommend. Just one idea you might like to consider the metal steps at the back could be edged with yellow paint to define them more clearly otherwise no issues!
We had a wonderful 5night stay. This is a fabulous and very comfortable apartment, perfect for a small group or family. The location is excellent with amazing views, and having parking included is a real bonus. The apartment itself is newly renovated and very thoughtfully furnished with everything you might need. It also has a lovely, positive vibe that made our stay even more special. We would love to come back again sometime!
