My late father would have adored this apartment, insofar as it would have enabled him to simply sit in a comfortable chair, in the bay window and look out at the Glories of the magnificent beach of Weymouth. Located right in the centre, you can people watch, observe donkey rides and watch almost constant games of Beach Volleyball. There is always something going on and the local council do seem to do a excellent job of keeping the sand and seafront in tip top condition. The two bedroom apartment itself is beautiful, kitted out with everything you need for a most comfortable stay. Blues and white colour scheme dominates and is perfect. An array of very comfortable chairs and beds and lovely fluffy towels and my absolute favourite for sure, a rainfall shower. It is located so close to everything. Almost everywhere is a mere short walk. The SMART tv is also excellent with access to all the usual steaming services. Great dishwasher and fridge freezer. To cap it all I have never slept so well. An exceptionally comfortable well located accommodation. However on the upper floors take note of the stairs. In my opinion, worth the effort. The agent thoughtfully rang me several times prior to and after arrival. This attention to detail makes it a very special place to stay.
A lovely apartment with spectacular views. It was great being so close to the beach, rides, arcades and restaurants. We really appreciated the car parking space as the parking looked busy out the front. The welcome pack was much appreciated too. We enjoyed sitting in the lounge with the sea views and found the apartment to be comfortable.
A great apartment,it was lovely to sit in the window and watch the sea,having secure parking was an added bonus,we would definitely recomend and hopefully we will return.
Easy to find, excellent private parking, but tricky to get our cases up the rear fire escape to the 3rd floor. The apartment is very well appointed, very clean and tidy, with excellent views. It was lovely and warm on our arrival, with a thoughtful welcoming hamper gift for us. We couldnt really fault the property, apart from the very firm double bed. My partner had to sleep in one of the single beds one night, as she couldnt get comfortable.
The property and location of property, absolutely amazing. And the parking just gave us one less thing to worry about, as can be expensive near the front. Only down side is when arriving for a lovely break away from the norm the first thing we had to do was unload the dishwasher. Chipped plate in there and the front door to apartment needs looking at as lock not fitting in door properly and key on occasion just went round and round in it. As it didn't affect our holiday however we didn't notify you at the time. But if not looked at soon it may be a problem for someone. All in all a fantastic time spent there.

Beautiful property in an amazing location. Comfortable beds and good shower. The views from the front room were spectacular! Secure parking at the back. Will absolutely stay here again.
No336 was excellent, comfortable and well equipped i am sure we will return at some stage. Location was very convenient for pubs, restaurants and parking was first class although the electronic gate did have a mind of it's own at times.
Beautiful place. Lovely and clean. Bedding and towels lovely and white. Ideal location. Would definitely book again.

Lovely holiday, flat was excellent, perfect position and great parking. Couldnt fault it.
Visited first week in September. A lovely bright flat, even nicer than in the photographs on the website. Great views of the sea and all the activities on the esplanade. Buzzy in the day but nice and quiet at night. Very central with good access to both beach and harbour. M&S and Tesco close by. Secure private parking a great advantage. Local coastal walking, NT at Kingston Lacey, Blandford. Meals out especially, les Enfants Terribles, and further afield, Three Horseshoes at Burton Bradstock and Yalbury Cottage near Dorchester.

Overall this was a beautiful apartment. Very modern. All the facilities you would need and of course superbly located with a stunning view over Weymouth beach. A private and secure parking space was also a massive bonus for such a centrally located property. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. There were a couple of small issues with cleanliness and maintenance which I have emailed about so hopefully these will be sorted for future guests. Would definitely recommend.

3No36 is a high quality, well equipped apartment in a perfect location with great views over the bay. Everything is close to hand and we appreciated the hamper.

A superb property. The location couldn't be better, right on the seafront with a great view of the coastline and harbour and very close to cafes,bars and the shops. The apartment is spotlessly clean and is tastefully and stylishly decorated and furnished throughout. It is a very well appointed apartment with everything you need and could wish for. The fluffy white towels and pristine white cotton sheets give a feel of luxury. The secure parking compound is a real bonus and the welcome pack and milk a nice touch. We have stayed in many holiday rentals over the years and this one is by far the best. Highly recommended.
336 is a fantastic place to stay. The location couldn't be better, literally on the promenade, and has the addition of offstreet parking. The apartment was clean and very well equipt. Across road from buses to Portland or a short walk to the train station for a 9 minute ride into Dorchester. Having said that, plenty to do and see in Weymouth itself. Would highly recommend the property and certainly, if visiting Weymouth, would book again.

Beautiful views of Weymouth sea front, a very comfortable, wellequipped and nicely furnished secondfloor apartment. The owners have put a lot of thought into making their guests feel exceptionally welcome with a goodie hamper and a pint of fresh milk in the fridge. A couple of points to note to make your stay even more perfect The apartment has generous gas central heating so is generally lovely and warm but just in the colder months, we stayed in March, the sea breeze still comes in through the beautiful sash windows in the sitting room, so for those of you who feel the cold, make sure you have something warm to put on if sitting watching tv in the evenings. Also, we bought some tea towels to use as the one provided shed its red fabric onto the crockery. Note, there is plenty of lovely crockery, cutlery, glasses and good pans and there is a dishwasher too! Finally, we eventually found the loo rolls in a bag with the apartment address lion it in the bedroom but not until wed been out to buy some. They need to be in the bathroom! The rest of the welcome was SO good that we didnt mind this housekeeping oversight. Apart from these minor issues, which were very easily solved, we had an excellent stay and would certainly want to stay here again, even in the colder months!
The accommodation was amazing, really high standard and attention to detail for all requirements. Location was superb, I will never tire of the view from the bay window to have a morning coffee. The details for check in and out was very clear and the parking space was an added bonus. It could be a little noisy in the front bedroom until quite late at night but the benefits definitely outweigh this. I would not hesitate in booking again with Sykes or at this property.

We are regular visitors to Weymouth and have stayed in many of the area's holiday accommodation. We can safely say that Three36 is the best. Aside from it's excellent location an unrivalled view of the bay, we really appreciated the little details that are so often overlooked such as the well stocked cutleryutensils. The welcome hamper was also a lovely touch. Three36 was spotlessly clean and perfectly equipped plus the private car parking was a huge bonus also. We would certainly return.
