With six large bedrooms, all with incredible views either of the harbour or beach, and a bath or shower room. This property will perfectly suit large groups looking for a property close to the beach and town centre. The ground floor is dedicated to a large, comfortable open plan living area, which combines dining, kitchen and relaxing. There is also a games room on the lower ground floor, for big or little kids! Hand-picked artwork on the walls makes this feel like a really special house, and all rooms have an individual theme. Far reaching views of Weymouth Bay and the long, sandy beach from the front windows of Seasides and from the rear extensive views of the harbour, watch visiting yachts and fishing boats passing by. Perfectly located; there are many options on your doorstep; relax on the beach, crabbing or sailing along the harbour, walking the South West Coast path, browsing independent shops in the lanes of town and fine dining & pubs harbour side; all just a minute's walk away. You can also enjoy Chesil Beach & the Jurassic Coast for walks, and Portland Bill for bird watchers and sailors all of which are within easy reach. There is so much to see, don’t forget to explore; Durdle Door, Monkey World, and The Tank Museum. We had a fantastic long weekend at beautiful 'Seasides' celebrating a birthday. The house was spotlessly clean, so well equipped and worked perfectly for us. We loved the views over the beach and harbour. The property's location in Weymouth is superb with something for everyone on your doorstep.

We stayed with a party of ten which included four children under the age of 9 years old, there was plenty of room throughout the house and the games room was a bonus for the little ones after a long day out and about. The location was second to none the views from every window were amazing, The attention to detail was incredible there was everything you needed in the kitchen if you chose to cook. I would definitely recommend Seasides for a perfect holiday stay in Weymouth.

We had such a lovely stay at Seasides. For a large group there were ten of us, it was just perfect. The house is amazing. Every single bedroom and bathroom is great & the communal areas are so comfortable and well equipped. But the views are the real icing on the cake. There are lovely views from every window and, whatever the weather, it is such a treat to sit and watch boats glide by. You could not ask for a better location. The delights of Weymouth are right outside your doorstep. The owner is also friendly and super helpful. We will be back!

We love this house . Seasides is everything a holiday let should be . Beautifully maintained , extremely well equipped, a seat at the table & in the sitting area for everyone thats not often the case parking permits, super clean plus the best views from the front & back windows on every floor probably the best views in Weymouth . . That was our second visit in October to seasides & we fully intend to be booking our third for next September October. Thank you all at Dream holidays & to Christine at seasides.

Fabulous! Just spent a weekend at Seasides with family of three generations, all ages well catered for. The location was perfect, bedrooms were lovely and all had good views. Lovely spacious property with everything you needed, also very generous goody bag on arrival.

Fantastic house for a large party. Fully equipped with everything we could possibly want. Very generous welcome groceries. Situated in the perfect place to visit the beach and restaurants. Lovely owners who let us have late checkout which gave us plenty of time to pack up and visit the beach before leaving.

We had a fantastic stay. The location and house was perfect for our extended family of 2 grandparents, 4 adults and a 9 week old, 2 year old and 4 year old. We had planned to do excursions but the location suited us so well we spent the whole week back and forth around the harbour and beach. The only niggle we had was a loud noise in the top floor double bedroom an extractor fan perhaps? No real issue for us as we had more bedrooms than we needed so possibly an easy fix or way to turn off but wasnt obvious. Other than that perfect! We plan to stay again!

Seasides is a really beautiful house, in a fantastic location. The bedrooms are all comfy, with great views. We enjoyed all gathering around the dining table for meals and evening board games, and sitting on the sunny terrace watching the boats. Highly recommended for a big family jolly!

Fantastic property in a great location. Convenient, clean, comfortable and wellequipped.

Absolutely amazing holiday home and completely perfect for our various age groups in our family group. The photos simply dont do this property justice. 30 seconds walk to the beach from the front door and literally seconds walk to the harbour from the backdoor. Basement games cinema room is perfect for the younger ones in the daytime and perfect for walking a film or the football on an evening. Weymouth has its trendy side beach harbour think Whitstable but on a bigger scale and a more traditional town centre. Both are rampacked with pubs, restaurants and shops. Honestly couldnt fault it.

Excellent, fabulous property, super views of sea or harbour from every window . There is absolutely everything anyone could wish for or need to enjoy a family holiday there. The interior is so well thought out with top quality furniture, spotless bedding ,most comfortable beds ever and enough crockery,cutlery etc.to cater for at least 20 people.The added bonus of a games room for adults and children is a plus for rainy days . Is also free parking for 4 cars right outside , so rare.Cannot recommend highly enough, definitely will return. There are so many more things that I could mention but would the best thing to do is ..just go there .

We very much enjoyed spending half term week with our children and grandchildren. The house is very well located and very comfortable, and Weymouth is a better base for exploring southern Dorset than we feared. A great week away.

A fantastic house, everything you could wish for in a shared holiday. All bedrooms were great as described and the location is perfect , very close to the town , beach and harbour without being noisy. I would definitely highly recommend the house and all my family said they would definitely go back.

This was the second time weve visited Seasides and it was just as great as the first. Location is perfect, close to everything you need, the beach, arcade, harbour & pubs. The house itself is great for keeping you entertained and provides a retreat for the rainy days which we had a lot of!

A beautiful property that catered to all our needs. We were a large family with children and a 8 month old baby. The facilities were ten to non, with a games room that entertained not only the children, but Dads too! The lounge and diner had plenty of space to sit and relax also a large dinning table so the whole family could eat together. The bedrooms were beautiful and well set up and large with wardrobes and drawers so we werent living out of our suitcases. Plenty of kitchenware, china and cleaning products even though we bought our own it was back up if needed. Cellar wash room well equipped and ideal not to have to take washing home with us. The extra keys were very handy if families wanted to do their own thing. Good parking arrangements. Right on beach front, so only a minutes walk away, very close to amenities. Overall we had a most wonderful holiday at Seasides and would highly recommend to anyone to stay here. I even had a lovely welcome email from the owner before and after our stay, this made it more personally welcoming. Would definitely stay here again and enjoy this beautiful home.

We spent ages searching for accomodation for a family celebration and Seasides seemed to offer everything we needed. We were not disappointed and the property lived up to our expectations in every way. The location was perfect and parking was so convenient especially with the permits and onsite space for unloading toddler paraphernalia! Thanks so much for the thoughtful bag of goodies which were much appreciated as were the very comfortable beds and games room. Thank you for a perfect stay!

Beautiful location, lovely furnished, perfect for our 3 generation stay. Lots of kitchen utensil's, crockery and cook ware making it perfect if you want to feed the family who can all sit together around a fantastic table with wonderful views. With every large and comfortable bedrooms having their own toilet and great showers it made getting ready to go out really easy or just for some quiet time with fantastic views from every room. The added bonus of a separate bath which the grand kids loved made bath time fun and accessible for each family. The games room with sky sports catered for all ages and was a lovey space to relax and have fun. We even used the washing machine and utility room which was another great asset for this wonderful property.

The house is lovely and perfect for a large family group. The house is spacious and warm with comfortable beds. There are views of the sea to one side and the harbour to the other.

Property was clean on arrival with a substantial welcome pack. Kitchen was very well equipped with more than enough cutlery and crockery for our needs. Bedrooms were spacious and very comfortable. The grandchildren made very good use of the games room in the basement as well as some of the adults. The provision of 2 car parking permits was welcome as parking in Weymouth can be a bit of a trial at the best of times. Overall an excellent property which we would certainly consider booking again.

The property was absolutely wonderful . A real bonus that each bedroom had an amazing view and its own bathroom. Only very slight downside was that my elderly parents were with us and they could not get comfortable in the lounge chairs .

Great location. Fantastic space for a large group to get together, very well equipped and bathroom facilities for all bedrooms was very useful. GamesTV room a good place to escape to or well equipped to entertain the children.

The house was beautiful and the location literally couldn't be better with views of the water front and back. Everything was spotless and fully equipped with all we could have needed for a week. We were a party of 12 from 2 to 74 and it fit us all in with ease. The only one small downside is the total lack of a comfortable chair anywhere!!

Fabulous property in a fabulous position beach at the front and harbour at the back. We booked Seasides for a family holiday of 12 people covering 3 generations, and every single one of us loved it. The games room in the basement was ideal, with something for each of the 4 grandchildren aged between 7 and 15, and there is so much space on the ground floor that we never felt crowded. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more!. Each of the 6 ensuite bedrooms had either beach or harbour views and were clean and nicely decorated. We were all sorry to leave and hope to go back next year.

We had a brilliant stay at Seasides. The house was exactly as stated and the layout really suited my family. Lovely location and the adults really enjoyed having a drink outside and watching the boats. The only problem was the cleanliness The open plan area was absolutely filthy. Lots of fluff and dirt and obviously had not been hoovered etc. There was a bag of mouldy bread behind the toaster. The bannisters were brown with filth, which we cleaned as we could not stand looking at them. There was a dirty cotton wool bud on the floor in the bedroom on the first floor. There were hairs on the pilows in the bedroom on the second floor and the next bedroom had dirt on the sheets. I have mentioned these points just to let the owner know about the cleanliness. Other than that we loved the house and would definitely come back there.

This was a return visit to Seasides for a multigenerational stay and, in our opinion, it's the best property in Weymouth! The location is perfect, situated between the harbour and beach with the advantage of dual aspect views. The standard of the accommodation is high, with plenty of room for everyone to stay in comfort. The basement playroom is a bonus that the kids loved!

Beautiful property in a fabulous location. We had the best stay at Seasides, the house is well equipped, wonderfully furnished, plenty of crockery, glasses for all the guests. We had a family reunion on one of the evening they live in Weymouth, we don't and the house accommodated everyone easily. You can walk to the beach in 3 minutes and stroll around the harbour in an instant. Shops like M&S and Tesco express are 6 minutes away. Cafes, bars and restaurants all within very easy reach. Our four generations loved it, especially the teenagers and little ones who enjoyed the basement den with lots of toys, games and other fun stuff. If you are looking for a great place to stay for many people I would highly recommend this house. Only niggle I bought ingredients to make meringues, there was only a balloon whisk, would have loved an electric one, but the meringues turned out great.

Fabulous property in a perfect location very close to sea, harbour and town, lovely views from every room. Well equipped, nice quality furnishing. All bedrooms were spacious. Felt more like a home than a holiday let. If there was any improvement to make it would be to put a umbrella on the balcony as it needed a bit of shade we were lucky to have nice weather. Would highly recommend.

A party of four generations spent a wonderful week at Seasides. The ensuite accommodation was fabulous and the main room allowed for constant socialising when cooking, eating or playing cards. My nearly 90yearold mother made the most of the balcony overlooking the harbour capturing memories by sketching. We were extremely lucky with the weather and therefore didnt make any use of the snug with all the board games and comfortable seating on the lower ground floor. Several of us are avid readers so it was lovely to have a choice of books to browse through alongside our own This is our second visit to seaside and we were not disappointed. In fact we are trying to find a date that we can all make next year!

We had a fantastic stay at Seasides and the property was perfect for us in all in ways really. So much living space, a really homely feel with a tasteful finish and quality fixtures and fittings. The basement games room was a real hit and an added bonus with 6 almost grownup children in our party. The house is perfectly situated for the beach and town, with lots of options to visit a little further afield but still within easy reach. We were surprised too at how quiet and peaceful the house was, given it's central location and proximity to some of the beach attractions. A wonderful house, thank you!

We all love this house. Great position, amazing views, everything you need for a weekend with friends. Plenty of cooking utensils and seating. Open plan to keep everyone connected. Will definitely go back.

Sandy beachside locations don't come much better than this for holiday lets. Some useful shops also within easy walking distance. The stay reminded me of happy 1950s traditional UK family seaside holidays. The house was comfortable and user friendly. The onsite parking we squeezed in two cars was appreciated.
