Clean, comfortable, spacious, and warm accommodation. Good range of kitchen equipment. Comfortable bed. Quiet area. Rarely saw neighbours. Easy allocated parking. Near to town, ten minute walk. A few minutes walk to the start of the Rodwell trial, and many walks nearby.

This is a super find and we shall visit again. It is central but without town centre noise and an easy walk to the high street. The apartment is super clean with lots of little extras games, books and a useful dvd player. The kitchen area is wellappointed and has a lovely microwave which is helpful. Two small comments would be the sagging sofa which is uncomfy but I see that it is not long since it was replaced so can understand it may not be top of the list! The other is the scalding temperature in the ensuite shower. But this is a really lovely place with parking for one car which is great.

The flat was wonderfully located so near to the beach and town centre. This meant we didnt need to use the car much during our stay. The accommodation was comfortable especially the bedrooms. We just missed having a dishwasher though of course this wasnt on the list of amenities, but would have made a difference to us during our stay.
Lovely accommodation, easy access to sea front, town , buses etc. Looking forward to being back next year.

Just as great a flat, we have been twice this year. Each time really great weather. Busy in the town, its good to be back to such quiet surroundings after a long hot day .

A minor detail it would be useful to have a bread bin. There were several dishwasher tablets provided but no dishwasher

The property was lovely and closer to town than I had thought it was which was a bonus. There was just enough space for my elderly mother to get around with her walker but I had to put the high chair which I hadnt asked for in the big bedroom out the way as it took up quite a lot of space in the living area. The kitchen was very well equipped but a lot of the oven trays and indeed the oven itself were very greasy I had to washclean them before I could use them but that said it wouldnt stop me booking it againperfect location close to everything but far enough away from the noise and a parking space off road too you just have to go very slowly on and off the driveway if like me your car has low spoilers front and back of it as they scrape the road. There is quite a deep dip between the driveway and the road it is possible not to do too much damage even when loaded up on arrival and departurethank you for an enjoyable week
Good location, great having allocated parking space. Ample room in both bedrooms, only downside would be lack of wardrobe space in one. Kitchen well stocked with equipment. Driving from property onto road a bit worrying as seemed to catch front of car on road, even when driving very slowly.

We were very impressed with marine view. Throughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment is absolutely lovely, very clean and well equipped. The only thing was the fantastic nsuit shower, it's impossible to adjust the shower head I think the bracket that hold it is broken which I'm sure will be fixed. I would recommend to everyone.

We find this flat perfect for our requirements, almost perfect weather this time, it was chilly in June when we were there, but this time perfect sun. Parking is great, quite important with my disabled husband. Good distance into town. Shower magic as usual. All very clean. Television a challenge, but it was only football. The property was as usual spotlessly clean and quiet. We struggled with opening doors as they were heavy and the door to the flat has 2 locks which were difficult to operate. The settee was a little soft and the two armchairs were not very comfortable but this is a matter of personal taste. Lots of hot water but the en suite was very small and the tiny washbasin not really adequate. Excellent beds and bed linen but the windows were almost impossible to open at the top as they were too high.
Marina Reach proved perfect for us 3 adults and a 2 year old. It was quiet, clean, well furnished and appointed, with excellent wifi, safe off road parking, and an easy, almost entirely pedestrianised 78 minute walk to the town and the beach.

Pros Great location, only a short walk to the beach and harbour Allocated parking space Spacious flat with everything a holiday cottage needs. Cons The cleanliness could have been better. From the cobwebs it was clear where dusting had not taken place and there was mould in the bath and shower. The flat above has a windchime on their balcony which was very noisy at night, as this is directly above the main bedroom.

There are no coat pegs to hank up your coats or dressing gowns etc. A lot lot of things could be improved with regards to maintenance, e.g windows do not open very easily, cupboard doors not hung properly. Overall the apartment was spacious and nicely furnished and adequate for our needs. Only downfall was the lighting going into the property,
The facilities need to be checked more thoroughly. There were no hooks in the hallway to hang our coats when we arrived and we had to use the hooks in the twin bedroom. The cutlery and crockery left a lot to be desired and, alongside the toilets, we had to bleach a number of items before we were comfortable using them, The mirror in the bedroom was of no use for using the hair dryer as there are no sockets within reach and no power extensions available meaning we had to stand semi naked in the hallway and use the mirror there. There is no light when you leave the apartment to go out and in the evening it is pitch black so we had to use our phone lights to illuminate the way to the exit door.

This is the third time I have stayed at this property the first being back in 2017,it is in a really convenient quiet location,is only a 10 minute stroll to the beach and has it's own parking space right outside. The property is generally clean and tidy and we enjoyed our stay overall but I noticed that some fixtures and fittings in the property are looking a bit tired probably due to heavy usage over the summer months,small things such as the bath panel being cracked in the main bathroom,mould on the bottom of the glass shower door,a broken light above one of the counter tops in the kitchen and a torn net curtain in the bay window.The windows were also quite stiff to open and all the frames need a good clean.These are only minor things and didn't spoil our holiday but I think it useful for the owners to be made aware.Finally I have to say the new sofa in the front room is far more comfy than the old one although the two tub chairs are certainly not! Overall the property is of a reasonable standard for the price but with a little more attention to detail could be even better!

Another great holiday at Weymouth. Of course the weather was outstandingly fantastic. Really hot until the last day of the two weeks. Unfortunately there was a power cut during the night before we left. Hence no hot water to give the kitchen area a good wipe round. No chance to have another lovely shower, in your fantastic showers. Also dark getting along the hallway with our belongings. It was another great holiday Thank you to you all. Hope to come back again next year.

The apartment had a real home from home feel about it. Everything in it was spotlessly clean, and well maintained. Very well equipped, it had everything from an ironing board to bodyboards! iron, hairdryer, along with complimentary tea, coffee and biscuits upon arrival. If you do happen to forget anything from home, I would not worry too much, as no doubt it will have been provided for your stay. The apartment is situated in a very quiet block, so nice and peaceful, along with the added bonus of a allocated parking space, and being very close to Weymouth town centre, a five minute walk if that. My only recommendations for the apartment would be, a new sofa, as the one there is not overly comfortable, due to sagging at either end. Also a black out blind or curtain may be an idea for the double bedroom, as there is an outside light that is on all night in the parking area, and it tends to light up the room through the existing curtain and blind. Other than those couple of minor things, I had a most enjoyable and relaxing stay, and would be happy to book again. Thank you.

Although listed as suitable for 4 people I think it would be too small for 4 adults. Best suited to 2 adults or 2 adults and 2 small children. I marked the comfort category down because the property badly needs a new sofa. The current one has sagged with age and not very comfortable. Also needs new curtains in the lounge. On the plus side the property is nicely situated for the sea front and shops. The off road parking space is a big help.
This property was clean but could have been cleaner. The bed was extremely comfortable but the settee and chairs unfortunately were not. It would have been very useful to have coathooks in the hallway. The shower was lovely although we couldnt adjust the temperature easily to produce cooler water. Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Great place to stay, quiet, comfortable and well equipped. Easy walk to all Weymouth has to offer. Fire alarm in main living room, indicated it needed a battery change, reported to the office, personnel friendly and helpful, sorted asap. Would certainly stay again.
