Jasmine cottage is a lovely place to stay with all the facilities you could possibly require and so comfortable and extremely well maintained. It is situated within easy walking distance from anywhere you might want to go to in Herne Bay as well as other parts of Kent by either bus or car there is a bus stop just across the road !!... The Owner is very obliging and will act immediately should anything need attending to so fantastic and a great holiday !!

We had a lovely stay, comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, easy parking at the front of the property and good takeaways that delivered. Would definitely stay again if visiting the area.
Jasmine cottage is an ideally located to explore the Herne Bay coast The comfort of the bungalow was good and we had no reason to mention anything negative A few previous review niggles had been addressed and we would highly recommend this bungalow especially with a dog. The dishwasher was a bonus and the very easy rubbish bins were hassle free. We thought how quiet the area was and slept really well and great to hear the seagulls Thankyou for a very relaxing stay. The milk and biscuits were a lovely greeting.

Jasmine Cottage is a well appointed cottage, decorated and furnished to a high standard. The garden is secure if you have a dog with you and the on site electric car charger allowed us to be fully charged each day. The cottage is well positioned for the beach and the main shopping street, pubs and restaurants. The owner Chris was friendly and very helpful when we contacted him and advised us of local places to eat The Curious Cat. We accidentally left a watch in the cottage which was found and posted to our home address and the owner refused to be reimbursed. We would definitely book again when returning to the area.

Great location for the Kent coast. Nice property, and we had everything we needed. Secure for our dog. Bonus to have a dishwasher, as this wasnt listed on the booking site.I feel that the details for the property need to be updated. Lovely week.

Property was lovely Everything you needed, home from home. The only negatives was strong smell of dog and the toilet seat was dirty. Tried to clean it, but I couldnt needs to be changed. And l suggest you get somebody in to deep clean settee and rugs hopefully this will get rid of the strong smell of dogs . Would definitely rent this property again

A very well located, well equipped and comfortable cottage. The garden was fully enclosed so the dog was happy.
Lovely Christmas Week spent at Jasmine Cottage. Very comfy furniture and beds and was lovely and clean and considering its surrounded by houses, very quiet. Great tv in lounge plus one in each bedroom and kitchen. I only have one real bugbear and that is the underside of the toilet is very stained and couldnt remove so I would recommend a replacement as everything else was lovely and clean. Also a new battery for the hoover as lasted about 6 mins on low so it ran out before you could finish and there wasnt a broom or ashpan to sweep so when we left I couldnt Hoover everywhere. Didnt see a dishwasher on the listing but great there was one so just bought some tablets from local Co op. This could be added to listing Was a nice restful break and easily accessible to beach and memorial park.
The bungalow was furnished nicely and decorated for Xmas which was nice. Location great for station and a slightly longer walk to the beach. Garden lovely for dogs. The house was a bit overlooked by neighbours at the back but there were privacy blinds to use. We only found a couple of niggles which we did leave a note for the owner, they didnt really detract from the quality of the place. The oven could do with a deep clean. Some oven gloves and kitchen tongs would be useful. Also a few more mugs. The bathroom was nice and new, however the shower wasnt particularly powerful and the shower head drooped so not easy to get under it! The toilet doesnt flush first time, probably a small job for a plumber? The cushions in the sofa really need a wash, as they had a strong dog smell. My dog was quite distracted by the smell.

The property was just as described. Easy to find, great parking and on a quiet road. The garden was fully secured for our dog and quiet neighbours. Great location to walk to Whitstable, walk around Herne Bay and literally a 5 min walk to the train station. Also great location to reach Canterbury, Broadstairs and Ramsgate. Nice and clean with comfortable furniture, nice and warm and homely.

The cottage was just perfect in every way. Everything was clean and tidy, in fact the owners had thought of all the things that holiday makers would need. Best stay I think we have ever had!
Lovely bungalow in which to base a holiday in Kent, the beds were comfortable and the kitchen well stocked with cutlery, crockery etc. nice living room in which to rest after a busy day and a great outdoor space for our dog. Possibly only criticism would be more towels please not enough for three people it was a good job we took our own. Also a visitors book would be nice too so guests can leave comments such as good places to eat and visit.

Well equipped, immaculately clean, quiet location
Jasmine Cottage was spotless clean all with a new modern interior and everything needed. We really enjoyed our stay and the garden is completely secure for dogs which helped us relax knowing our dogs were safe, maybe a little overlooked by the house behind the garden but that didnt bother us and neighbours were very friendly. A garden umbrella would be good as you only have to shade from the house as we were lucky to have a beautiful sunny week when we stayed in June. Lots of walks nearby inland and along the coast, beach is walkable about 15 mins away from Cottage. Highly recommend and hope to return again.

This was our first time staying at Jasmine Cottage and we were not disappointed. The cottage is located in a quiet area of Herne bay within a 5 minute walk from the railway station, and a 15 walk from the sea front. The accommodation is very well furnished, catering for everyone's needs. The bedrooms were sizable and beds comfortable. The livingdining room has has plenty of space to eat and a large sofa. The kitchen has a small table which is nice for breakfast time and every utensil that would need. The garden was well kept. Weather permitting, would be great for breakfast and evenings. We had a wonderful stay at the cottage and will definitely be returning in the future.
This cottage has everything you need on holiday and it is how all holiday cottages should be. The owners really know what visitors want. 5
Well presented and maintained cottage. We were impressed with the number of sockets and hooks provided. The location was great being near the station and a bus route and within walking distance of the beach. We didnt need to take the car out at all
Jasmine cottage was absolutely perfect for a getaway. It was well equipped and comfortable and one of the nicest cottages we have stayed in. It was decorated to a high standard and had everything you could possibly need. It was perfectly located for us to either explore Kent by car or just walk down to join the coastal path to walk the dog. Would happily recommend and come back to stay again.

We had a great week and the cottage was lovely, everything we could wish for. 3 tvs came in handy when we had different viewing ideas! The dishwasher was a nice surprise as we didnt know it had one. The property is so convenient for trips by bus, especially into Canterbury.bus stop so close a few yards over the next road! The garden is very dog friendly , my Yorkiepoo Rosie had a great holiday too!

Jasmine Cottage is comfortable and equipped to a high standard. Herne Bay is a good centre for visiting Canterbury, Margate, Ramsgate, Broadstairs, Whitstable, Faversham and further afield. The station is only five minutes walk from the Cottage, so most of these places can be reached easily by train. The enclosed garden is good for dog owners.
