Yes, there is one allocated off-road parking space directly outside the front door. Some guests have noted the bays can be tight, particularly if a neighbouring car is not parked correctly within the marked lines.

Overcombe beach is a very short walk from the apartment. Weymouth's main Blue-Flag sandy beach is around 1.5 miles away and easily reached on foot along the promenade in around 20 - 25 minutes or by the No.4 bus from a nearby stop.
What is the entry system like?
The building uses a keypad entry code for the main door and a yellow key fob for the apartment door. Guests are advised to carry the red fob (main building door) as well as the yellow fob at all times, as residents can sometimes lock the main door from inside.
Is the apartment suitable for guests with mobility needs?
Yes, Flat 2 is on the ground floor with no stairs required to reach the apartment or either bedroom. Previous guests have specifically noted this as a benefit when travelling with elderly relatives or those with limited mobility.
What is included in the rental price?
Bed linen, towels and all fuel and power are included in the rental price. The apartment also provides a washer/dryer, dishwasher, iron and ironing board, hairdryers and Wi-Fi at no extra cost.
