We had an amazing stay. .. we have had many cottages over the years, but this is by far the best we have had. It was the first in 15 years to have any egg cup ....
We booked to stay in the area, near family, during the week before Christmas. We chose this cottage for its cosy look and facilities, and it didn't disappoint. The hosts had even put up a tree and garland on the fireplace so it instantly felt Christmassy, when we arrived. It was spacious, for when we hosted family, and had everything we needed during our stay. The bedrooms were comfortable, the bathrooms and kitchen were clean and well equipped. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend this cottage to anyone.
Sylvie
Charming cottage, secure location with parking. Welcome pack was amazing and greatly appreciated. Cosy, comfortable and clean accommodation. Owners were extremely friendly, helpful and very pleasant to deal. Cannot rate this property high enough. Would highly recommend it. Thank you.

We had a lovely stay at brew cottage, the location is really quiet. The house had lots of board games to play which kept my nieces entertained and just a short drive from Herne Bay where they loved the arcades. The enclosed gardens were great for my dog and he loved running around. The house does have WIFI, but I think would be helpful to put in the listing that phone signal is an issue in the area.
Overall brilliant stay our second. We have also booked 2 more stays for next year as the cottage and location tick all our boxes for us and our fur baby. Welcome pack very thoughtful and looking forward to our next stay in June.
Our third time here we love it nice house and area very dog freindly
This was our 2nd stay at this lovely cottage We had a wonderful time again Debbie and Ken are on hand should you need them and are very welcoming The welcome pack is very generous and enables you to have a nice cuppa before unloading the car The cottage is spotless and very spacious but still maintains a cosy feel to it The kitchen is very well equipped and the beds are super comfortable The garden is a real suntrap and as we had a few sunny days we took advantage of this We have 2 little chihuahuas and it was great to know they were safe in the fully enclosed garden We would highly recommend Brew cottage to any one who is looking for a relaxing holiday with many interesting places to visit on your doorstop. We have booked to return again in November
Bloody lovely
Great place clean tidy everything you need lovely quiet location but not far from everything
Excellent cottage, location and lovely helpful owners. Shared the local knowledge which is what you need.
Catherine
Lovely comfy cottage, set in pleasant countryside. Great location for visiting the coast and a nice short stroll to the pub. Thanks! Note to potential visitors it's made very clear already, but no harm restating that tall people need to watch their heads constantly!
Alistair
Very well equipped comfortable cottage. The large private secure garden and walks straight from the door into the countryside were perfect for our two retrievers. The generous welcome pack from our hosts was very much appreciated.
Stevan
A well looked after piece of old England. Nice owners and a great location.
Philip
We really enjoyed our stay there. it had everything you need in the cottage a suntrap garden. and a great location.
Brew Cottage is our home from home ,this was our 2nd visit and already looking forward to going back for a 3rd time. Debbie is a fantastic host nothing is too much trouble ,we accidently left some items behind Debbie sent them on to us which we received a couple of days later and we were left a great welcome pack. Brew Cottage is beautiful as is the surrounding land that you have access to great if you have dogs, we have 2. Thank you for a great holiday.
Great cottage home from home. Walks straight from the door. Lovely enclosed garden proper sun trap with a gate into the paddock. Fudge our dog loved her stay. Will definitely be back.
Louise
We stayed at Brew Cottage at the begining of June. We were greeted on arrival and made to feel welcome. From then on we were on our own but knew we could ask for help if needed. The suroundings were beautiful and very peaceful. The cottage was full of character and the little things like washing up liquid, dish cloths etc. A bonus as many will know. The welcome pack was a lovely touch too. Walks straight from the door. The dogs loved it. Very dog friendly. The village pub within walking distance meant we could leave the car behind. They do an excellent Sunday lunch. If you like a cottage with character then Brew cottage fits the bill. We have already recomended it to friends and family.
Lovely cottage in a quiet location but close to beaches and coastal towns. Property had lots of character and was very cosy of a night time. Much appreciated the welcome pack on arrival and owner Debbie nearby if any problems. We would definitely stay here again when next visiting the area.
Character cottage in a peaceful location yet near local attractions.
Michelle
We enjoyed staying at Brew Cottage with its rustic charm. The accommodation had everything we required for a comfortable stay and a welcome basket with the essentials on our arrival. The kitchen had adequate cookware. Lovely enclosed garden for the dog and walks on the doorstep. The pub served nice food and is about 1 mile away. I believe that the pub is changing landlords soon. The property owner is nearby, if we required anything.
Tamara
What a fabulous cottage. It has everything you could wish for and more for a relaxing holiday. Debbie gave us a very warm welcome . The goodies she left was a lovely surprise. The beds were really comfortable. The cottage is very spacious yet still has a cozy feel. The kitchen is very well equipped. We were lucky with the weather that we were able to sit outside in the garden. Our 2 little chihuahuas loved it and it was great knowing the garden was enclosed and safe for them. We saw plenty of wildlife, a buzzard, a woodpecker, rabbits and squirrels scurrying about in the field. We are already booked to return in September
Lovely stay at this cottage with a friend and my dog. Warm, comfortable and spacious. A generous host. Came over and rescued us when we couldn't sort the DVD out. Have already booked to go back. Thanks
Lovely cottage, everything thing you need, beautiful location
Jeanette
The cottage is situated in a peaceful area and close to South Coast. Ideal resting place. We stayed christmas week. There was a lovely real Christmas tree. The kitchen was well equipped, to prepare and cook our Christmas Dinner. The dogs loved the outside space.
Robert
This is a lovely cottage complete with a large secure garden, split in two by a bolted gate. Brilliant for your 4 legged buddies. Massive downstairs area and a large wood burner and excellent kitchen and two large bedrooms. Great for local walks and a great base to explore the local area. I would recommend brew cottage as a brilliant place to stay. If were down this way again I would book brew cottage.
Esther
Very cosy and warm cottage. It's a home away from home. Lots of space and everything you need. Only problem is the internet and wifi. Perfect location for walks with dogs and a very nice pub down the road.
Lovely cottage second time going back again next year cant fault it
Great holiday in a lovely cottage, plus a very nice welcome pack. The only thing didnt like was the elderflower bush right by the back door the berries were a pain despite keep sweeping then up a yard broom would have been handy, other than that everything was great
4th time visit and as ever loved our stay couldn't fault it. We have already booked next year's stay. Thankyou .
Selina
Lovely cottage, extremely peaceful in glorious countryside and very convenient for Canterbury and seaside. everything is very well done, lovely welcome pack and everything you could want provided. however, we had a few caveats this property is not good for the elderly and less able as stairs difficult and no WC on same floor as main bedroom. the listing for 5 people is misleading as it does not specify where the 5th person sleeps. actually this is because one bedroom has a very small double and a single bed, but i had hoped there would be a bed downstairs. in the event our daughter did not join us so it did not matter.
Jacqueline
Lovely cottage, very well maintained, beds comfortable. Lovely and safe for the dogs.
Very impressed with this beautiful cottage. It was comfortable & well equipped in a quiet secluded location, but handy for visiting most parts of North Kent. Lots of nice dog friendly pubs close by. The welcome hamper was a lovely touch. Our dogs loved the large enclosed garden.
An amazing cottage set in the peaceful Kent countryside. Full of character with plenty of space, this is the perfect escape for either a couple or family. The cottage had all of the facilities we could wish for...and more besides. Debbie, our host, was warm and welcoming, providing a generous basket of goodies on our arrival. We had a lovely stay!
We were very happy with all aspects of our stay. The cottage was warm & welcoming, as was our host. The enclosed private garden, a bonus when holidaying with a dog, is lovely and would be a fabulous place to relax in the summer too. Ideal for families.
We have just returned home after spending 2 weeks at Brew Cottage February 14 March 1ston arrival we were greeted by Debbie the owner, she made us feel very welcome and we knew then we would have a good time. Our small dog was then greeted by Willow Debbies spaniel but during our stay both kept a low profile and left us to enjoy ourselves, all in all it was a great experience, the only disappointment was the Gate Inn the local pub. We had a terrible Sunday lunch served by children, not recommended from our experience.
Anthony
Excellent choice for a quiet rest, a great safe and secure area for the dogs. We visited a couple of beaches and the dogs loved it.
Mabelle
A fabulous, comfortable cottage, welcome pack with much needed sweets and chocolates! The garden, even in winter is a pleasure. The two dogs had a great time even though the mud was epic. Debbie made us feel most at home and I would go back again. Thank you.
Rosemary
We needed a relaxing break but realized that it would probably be poor weather in January. We were lucky and the weather was very cold but bright and sunny. The cottage was perfect for us it was warm and cosey, spacious, very comfortable and well equipped. The Gate Inn was a ten minute walk, had a lovely fire and the staff were very welcoming. Debbie was a very friendly and helpful host and kindly left a lovely food hamper for us. We would definitely recommend this cottage.
