123 On The Sea Reviews

Natalie
Lovely apartment in a great spot for me and my teenage daughter to enjoy dips in the sea, boat rides, trips further afield. Beautiful apartment, well equipped kitchen, comfy sofas, bit cold to spend time on the balcony in April but got some lovely pictures
Michael
Very Impressed with number 123, very clean, well furnished, spacious and extremely well positioned overlooking the sea. Obviously the steps up to the flat would cause difficulty to some people but that is well documented in the initial information. My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would certainly consider a return visit in the future. PS we met Victoria when we arrived and she kindly helped us with our luggage. Thanks Victoria.

Wonderful property, washing machine instead of dishwasher would of been nice , ... Wonderful property, washing machine instead of dishwasher would of been nice , disabled assistant handles in the shower would be a help, as we both have arthritis getting in and out was a bit precarious
Lovely apartment. Nearly everything you need. Only thing we found lacking was a washing machine. The welcome pack, cleaning pack and pint of fresh milk was greatly appreciated. Having a parking space was brilliant and what we always look for before booking. We managed to park our Ford Kuga with no problem. Great view of the fireworks from the balcony. Enjoyed our stay in Weymouth as always.
This was our first holiday in Weymouth and what a lovely apartment to stay in. Beautifully decorated and very clean. The sea views are amazing. We did get quite a few stormy days, so we spent those days relaxing and reading with the fabulous sea view. The welcome hamper was especially thoughtful. It was also a very well equipped kitchen, for the evenings that we cooked. We were very happy with 123 on the sea and would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in Weymouth.
It was with sadness that we had to leave 123 on Saturday. This was our third visit and will certainly not be our last. Guest comfort is obviously a high priority for the owners and this place has everything you need. Great care has been taken with furnishings and everything is so tasteful. I would argue with anyone who said they had found somewhere better. Simply the best at 123. We feel at home there, particularly a relaxing view that is stunning. We are planning dates for next year.we will never tire of coming here! Thank you.
A lovely apartment with an outstanding view over the beach and bay. Looking forward to staying there again in 2026
The perfect apartment for our holiday in Weymouth. The sea view is just amazing and the balcony is wonderful! Very clean and spacious. Parking space included which is very convenient. Thank you for the best holiday experience.
Stunning property, the view is just wonderful & the location perfect. Fully stocked kitchen with everything we needed & more. Details such as blankets for sitting on the balcony in the evening were gratefully noticed. The welcome pack was a lovely surprise. Games & books provided too. We had a wonderful, relaxing week. Would definitely return.
This year was our second time staying at 123 on The Sea and again it was just perfect. A beautiful apartment with the most beautiful sea view. The location is great to access everything in Weymouth and only a short walk from the town and harbour. We have already booked again for next year!

We have just returned from a wonderful 10 days in 123OnTheSea should have been 2 weeks but we had to cut short because of unforeseen circumstances. What a fantastic apartment! As soon as you walk in it feels spacious and bright. With the huge windows in the lounge and kitchen overlooking the beach it truly feels like a paradise. The apartment was clean, looked lived in which is only to be expected. We are just a couple but Im sure there is plenty of room for four. On arrival there was a pint of fresh milk in the fridge and two welcome packs, one with washing up items and one with goodies. It is very well equipped, kitchen has all you need. The bed in the main bedroom is very comfortable. There are plenty of electrical sockets. The bathroom is small but does the job, the shower is very good, as for the towels, it makes a change to get full size bath towels and incredibly soft. Back to the amazing lounge, the high ceilings and huge windows give the feeling of bright spaciousness. When the windows are open there is traffic noise but when you close the windows you would never know you are on a main road. There is a large television mounted on the wall with all the smart services. To be honest, I only switched it on once to see if it worked, after that we were perfectly happy reading and sitting near the windows to see the everchanging views. We were fortunate with the weather and there is something special about sitting on the balcony with your coffee at 730am watching the boats in the bay and the horses exercising on the beach. The location is ideal, 5 minutes walk to the main bus stops, 10 15 minutes walk to Town Bridge and the beautiful harbour with all the pubs and restaurants. We are already planning on returning soon.

The location of this property is absolutely wonderful. Huge windows overlooking the bay and a flat walk into town and the harbour. The lounge and kitchen are perfect, bright, with a huge lounge and well equipped kitchen. We took our own air fryer and coffee maker. We would absolutely stay at this flat again because of the views, location and very importantly, a parking space around the back of the building. The welcome pack included milk, biscuits, chocolate, tea and coffee. Plus a domestic pack including a bin bag, dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid and cloths. There were two little bars of hand soap in the bathroom and one toilet roll. The bedding is lovely white cotton and there are plenty of fluffy white bath and hand towels and a mat. The bathroom is perfectly functional, although the bath is quite narrow. Im petite and couldnt comfortably lie without my shoulders getting pinched. The bedrooms show that this has been a conversion. The hanging space in the main wardrobe is difficult to access due to the way the doors open, the sockets in the smaller bedroom are in difficult positions, the bedroom windows are very difficult to open, particularly in the small bedroom where the lower window has been fixed shut. We mostly had lovely weather and it was essential to have the windows open for a breeze. Having said that, we managed, and it was worth the minor inconveniences because of the location, lounge and views. On the morning of biblical rain, we had a small leak above the bed in the smaller room. We had an immediate response from the managing agents who also came to view the property. Its clear to see that on the next landing up, there is ongoing water damage, so I suspect some maintenance will need to be carried out before the autumn. The following time it rained, there was no leak so I suspect it depends on the speed and direction of the rain and wind. Overall the flat is comfortable, and neutrally decorated, not boutique. It has a homely feel. There are some signs of wear and tear, but this is probably inevitable when renting out. We wouldnt hesitate to stay here again and hopefully will do next year.
Nicole
Beautiful apartment on the sea front. The views were amazing! Would stay again in a heartbeat
Had a great stay in your beautiful property fantastic views nice clean well equipped apartment great location for all the towns amenities and good local walks parking was good also.
Perfect location, spotlessly clean and beautifully presented. The flat had everything needed for a happy stay. Parking a great benefit. Close to the harbour and walking into the town.
Christine
Very welcoming, comfortable apartment with stunning views, in a super convenient location. Loved the Christmas tree, hamper, festive treat and warmth! Well equipped kitchen but could do with a small sharp knife! Thank you to all.
We spent Christmas week and thoroughly enjoyed the flat! The photos do not do justice to the splendid living room with its high ceilings and gorgeous windows overlooking the sea. Imagine our delight to checkin and find a lovely Christmas tree thank you! this really made our stay extra special. We had everything we needed for our stay comfortable beds and bedding, fully kitted kitchen, that breakfast view, and the fluffy white towels. Despite being on a main road, we were not disturbed by any noise from the street below, and instead found ourselves enjoying watching people going by along the esplanade. Location was within 5 minutes of the train station which was perfect for us, and an easy walk to shops and everything you need. Highly recommend!
Had a fabulous stay, perfectly located to walk everywhere and great having a parking space. Unfortunately, the weather was terrible during our stay but we were very content to relax in that beautiful lounge and take in the incredible view. The arrival hamper was a lovely touch, thank you. On a practical note, it would be great if the lights on the staircase were on a sensor as on our first night we could not find the light switch and had to use the stairs in total darkness very precarious!
This was our second visit to 123. Cannot fault it. So much love, care and attention have gone into putting it all together and it is so appreciated. The added gift of a fabulous hamper from the Dorset Hamper company was such a lovely touch. We are looking to booking yet again for next year. Thank you.
This was our second visit to 123 By The Sea and we are quite likely to return. The apartment is ideally located with superb views and is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. We appreciated the lack of knickknacks! Overall we had an excellent holiday and there was little to fault. However, a couple of minor points we would have appreciated a spare toilet roll and a couple of bin bags in the welcome pack a better fitting mattress cover and a fitted bottom sheet would improve the comfort of the double bed the sheet tended to get rucked up as we turned over.
The most perfect apartment. We loved everything about it. The location is beautiful and plenty of space. The balcony is just wonderful, I spent many a morning eating my breakfast out there. 2 sets of keys was perfect for a family going their separate ways. We shall definitely book again for next year! Thank you so much
We had a great time the apartment was lovely and clean beautiful views we loved ... We had a great time the apartment was lovely and clean beautiful views we loved the balcony and the chair by the window lovely to watch the sea in the evening very good position to get to the train buses and beach loved it so much we are booking again for next year
Robert
Overall a very nice, comfortable and convenient place to stay with a good standard of fittings, furnishings and facilties, and a loverly view of the bay through the large sash windows. A problem with an outside door lock was sorted within 30 minuites of reporting it, and our only minor grumble was the lack of proper breadknife and no safety mat in the bath neither of which we contacted the agents about.
Downstairs entrance could be more appealing the flat itself was lovely. The view is marvellous, bathroom very clean.
We were a little disappointed with being left only half a toilet roll and no shower gelshampoo sachets to use. However, the flat and the fantastic views were incredible. The towels were so fluffy I wanted to take them home!!! The sofas were so comfy and the welcome pack in the kitchen was very good and being left some milk in the fridge very good. I would definitely recommend this flat and hopefully we will stay in this again next year.
Lovely apartment in a good location with a great view.
Amazing views from a lovely flat. Lounge and kitchen at front to enjoy the outlook, bedrooms and bathroom at back which was very quiet. No issues with noise from Sandbar below and it closes at 9pm too. Stairs good and solid and wide with a rest stop halfway, so my 86 year old unstable mother managed fine with a little help and without a lift. Only potential issue to mention is size and access to parking space. It is wide and short and you have to park parallel to the pavement so a bit of manoeuvring required. My qashai is max length to avoid blocking gate next door. Also clamping signs up but nowhere to log your number plate to validate your car. I phoned the holiday company and all was ok.
Brenda
Parking only suitable for smallmedium cars.
Absolutely fabulous. We are looking to go back soon. Lovely touch was the welcome package that was left from Dorset Happy Hampers. Such a lovely personal touch AND the pint of milk left in the fridge. The apartment was so lovely it wouldnt have mattered if it had been stormy outside. The vista from the sofa with the panoramic windows was just stunning. Cant wait for our return visit.
Great location with great views. The town centre is close by. There's parking for one car which is essential because parking is not good in Weymouth. The parking space is at the back of the property which is only accessible by walking around the block a pain re luggage. The living room is lovely and the kitchen is nice. the other rooms are okay. I'm surprised there was no welcome pack , it's those touches which makes a difference.
Elaine
We had a lovely time in Flat 1. The sea views from it were wonderful. The flat was fitted out with everything we needed. We would recommend staying here.
123 On The Sea is in a good location across from the beach with a commanding sea view, especially from the small couch in front of the large window and served as a good base for our week's holiday in October. The accommodation is roomy and comfortable but the furniture and decor is a little dated for the price. Some maintenance is required, the bathroom door catch sticks and the curtain holdbacks are very loose in their wall fixings and the lights in the shared stairwell don't work unless the switch is held down. For the price we paid we were a little disappointed with the 'welcome pack' on arrival. When staying in similar properties we have found a cake or bottle of wine and essential kitchen supplies on arrival at 123 there wasn't even a roll of kitchen towel provided.
Samantha
Absolutely beautiful apartment in a stunning location. Lovely to be able to hear the waves breaking on the beach whilst relaxing in the living room. Brightly decorated to give a light, airy feel, plush, comfortable settees and beds. Only slight issue we had was trying to switch between rainfall shower, hose and bath taps as lever didnt seem to do anything despite pulling, pushing, twisting. We would definitely stay here again.
Veronica
Had a lovely stay at 123. Very comfortable with beautiful views of the sea. Seafront literally across the road. Would recommend and we will book again. Veronica Clark
